Ultimate Headers Long Tube Headers for 2015-20 Mustang GT Now Available

How did Ultimate Headers figure out how to fit a set of full length headers in an engine bay full of 5.0L Coyote motor? No magic, just sound engineering.

Ultimate makes its header tubes with 321 nickel/chromium/titanium stainless steel alloy. The titanium improves fatigue strength, reducing thermal cracking caused by high heat. Using 321 stainless steel also means you can use lighter thinner-wall tubing without compromising durability.

The headers have investment cast, stainless steel elbows formed with a tighter radius than ordinary bent tubing. That allowed Ultimate Headers to use big 1 7/8 inch diameter primary tubes in a compact design that hugs the engine block with enough clearance for things like steering shafts and accessory mounting points. The headers have lightweight, 3/8 inch thick stainless steel flanges with ribbed reinforcements that add strength and reduce heat warpage for a leak-free seal.

The Ultimate Headers Mustang GT Headers are designed to fit the factory exhaust system without modification. They’re available with or without catalytic converters and come with header bolts, gaskets, and an oxygen sensor extension. They are not legal for the street and are for racing and off-road use only.
