XForce Exhaust Systems and Headers for GM and Ford Truck Now Available at Summit Racing

XForce is best known for its Varex mufflers—the ones that feature a driver-controlled butterfly valve unit that adjusts sound levels to your liking—but they have some nice exhaust systems and headers for late model GM and Ford trucks that you should see. All XForce components are made from 304 stainless steel for long life and are a direct swap for the factory parts.

Headers for 2004-18 Chevy Silverado/GM Sierra
These full-length headers boost performance throughout the engine’s RPM range. The headers for 2004-13 models come with a Y-pipe.

• 2004-13 1500 with 5.3L LS, 1 3/4 inch primaries
• 2014-18 1500, 2500HD, 3500HD with LS/LT engine, 1 7/8 inch primaries

Cat-Back Exhaust System with Turbo Muffler for Ford F-150 EcoBoost
This system features three inch diameter tubing, one turbo-style stainless steel muffler, and polished stainless steel tips with four inch outlets. It’s designed for 2015-18 trucks with a 2.7L or 3.5L EcoBoost V6.

Exhaust Systems with Varex Mufflers
These systems come with an XForce Varex muffler. It features a butterfly valve mechanism driven by an electric motor; the valve redirects the exhaust gas flow based on the driver-selected sound level. For a mellow sound, exhaust gas goes through the muffler’s chambered system (similar to a factory high performance muffler). When you want to go nuclear, the exhaust gas goes through the center tube, much like a straight-through muffler. Since the angle of the butterfly valve is infinitely adjustable, you can set the sound at any level between the two points.
