Greg Anderson Talks About the 2017 Season
Team Summit Racing NHRA Pro Stock drivers Greg Anderson and Jason Line had a dream season in 2016. The KB Racing figured out the new rules for Pro Stock, dominating the first part of the season as Line and Anderson won a combined 13 events in a row. They went on to win a total of eight national events each with 14 final round appearances--and Line took home the biggest trophy as 2016's NHRA Pro Stock Champion.
But that was last year, and drag racing waits for no one. The competition has finally gotten a handle on the new-fangled electronic fuel injection and 10,500 RPM limit, so the massive advantage KB Racing had in 2016 has been erased. Our motorsports reporter Kelly Topolinski caught up with Greg Anderson to get his views on the upcoming season. The 86-time national event winner had plenty to say--read the interview at OnAllCylinders and find out what's on his mind.
Believe it or not, the season-opening Circle K NHRA Winternationals is just a couple weeks away, scheduled for February 9-12 at the Auto Club Raceway in Pomona, California. As always, you will find complete coverage of the race at Drag Race Central.
