Five stars for great customer service and fast shipping from DXE. The pack is very nice quality, but it's too big for my use. I was going to return it, but my wife convinced me to keep it as a general suitcase. Maybe one day I'll use it for a POTA pack out when I need to take the kitchen sink, but until then I'll use my smaller and tattered 5.11 pack for general POTA use.
