Chameleon Antenna Hybrid Micro Matching Unit Bases

Chameleon Antenna Hybrid Micro Matching Unit Bases support a wide range of portable and semi permanent antenna configurations. They work seamlessly with numerous wires, whips, and compatible accessories, offering both a stable mounting platform and dependable impedance matching for many types of antenna systems. Each unit features an SO 239 connector on the side, a 3/8 24in. female antenna connection on the top, and a 3/8 24in. male counterpoise connection on the bottom. An integrated antenna shackle assembly, including a split ring, bolt, and nut, provides additional attachment flexibility for various deployment scenarios.

When paired with the appropriate accessories, these bases support configurations such as horizontal NVIS, sloping wire, inverted L, manpack vertical, portable vertical, and portable dipole configurations. They also perform exceptionally well with the CHA MIL Whip, telescopic whips, mounts, and masts. Engineered for field reliability, the Hybrid-Micro bases carry a power rating of 100W SSB/CW and 25W for all other modes, making them ideal for operators seeking adaptable, durable solutions for portable HF operations.
