COMTEK PVS-2 Series Phased Vertical System Control Consoles
COMTEK PVS-2 Series Phased Vertical System Control Consoles have a three position rotary switch for directional selections on the 2-element phased vertical system. Available as a replacement for an original control console, these new control console versions feature 12 Vdc input for wall transformer or shack power as well as battery or emergency operations. The PVS-2 Series Phased Vertical System Control Consoles require a 4-conductor control cable to the band specific Switch Relay Unit.
With two vertical antennas installed in a Northeast-Southwest line and spaced one quarter wavelength apart, the PVS-2 Series Phased Vertical System provides 2 opposite end-fire cardioid directional patterns and one broadside pattern, all at the turn of a switch!
