DX Engineering 6UF 75-ohm Dual Shield Coaxial Cable

Our new DX Engineering 6UF 75-ohm Dual-Shield Flooded Coaxial Cable reduces losses and provides greater protection against electromagnetic interference.

Available by-the-foot or in 1,000 ft. spools, this cable is your best ultra-high quality 6UF cable solution. The flooding material makes this cable self-healing and water resistant, even when cut! This cable is so water and moisture resistant that it's highly recommended for direct burial.

These 6UF cables are ideal for many applications such as active or passive HF Amateur Radio receive antenna systems, LW and MW magnetic loop antennas, Beverage antennas, over-the-air TV reception, FM broadcast reception, CATV systems, raw video distribution and satellite radio installations like Sirius/XM. In fact, the low-loss characteristic of our RG-6 cable is excellent for digital audio up to the microwave frequencies that Satellite Radio systems employ!

Our 6UF cable has gas-injected polyethylene foam dielectric for the lowest loss and maximum moisture resistance. With an 18 AWG copper-clad steel center conductor it is extremely strong and durable. The UV-protected black exterior jacket is low-density polyethylene for increased flexibility. DX Engineering 6UF cable impedance is 75 ohms, and it has an 83 percent Velocity Factor. This is absolutely the best 6UF cable available and it's RoHS compliant!

Look at these attenuation figures per 100 ft.:

5 MHz: 0.6 dB
30 MHz: 1.1 dB
55 MHz: 1.6 dB
