DX Engineering OEM DC Power Connectors

DX Engineering OEM DC Power Connectors are the special "Thread Lock" screw-on connector version that is made to fit DX Engineering devices. This type of DC connector plugs in, screws on and stays on, so it can't be accidentally disconnected. DXE-DCTL-DX-2 is a two-pack of the "barrel style" cable mount power connectors with a solder tabs for your polarized two-conductor DC wire. DXE-PW18 Power Wire, a red and black zip cord sold by the foot, is a great choice for these connectors which handle up to 5A at 12 Vdc.

NOTE: If you need standard 2.1 mm connectors, order DXE-DCTL-21-4 instead.

With a center pin receptacle at just over 2.0 mm, DXE-DCTL-DX-2 screw-on mating connectors fit snugly onto only the DX Engineering products that run on 13.8 Vdc, typically under 2A.
