Overview
MFJ HF Cobweb Wire Dipole Antennas
MFJ HF Cobweb Wire Dipole Antennas cover multiple bands and are suitable for many restricted space applications. They have fiberglass spreaders and wire elements.
These are multi-band half-wave dipole antennas, strung around fiberglass spreaders, into an open-loop. They're light weight and relatively easy to assemble - good for portable operation. You can use lightweight and low-cost TV-antenna hardware to mount it on your chimney, balcony, fence post or other convenient location.
Cobwebs are horizontally polarized and generally Omni-directional; a rotator isn't needed. They typically exhibit low SWR due to MFJ's broadband feed network.
