M2 Antennas Solid State VHF Amplifiers

6M-1K2 Series 1,200 Watt Solid State Amplifiers from M2 Antenna Systems, Inc. are a true breakthrough in high power 6 meter amplifiers. Their goal has always been to offer the most carefully designed, high performance antenna products. Now M2 has made another significant contribution to the Amateur community with these high performance 50-54 MHz amplifiers.

Available exclusively from DX Engineering, 6M-1K2-NOPS models, with no built-in power supply, utilize the new Freescale™ LD MOS FET (MRFE6VP6IK25H). This single device is specified to produce 1.25 kW with as little as 3 watts of drive from HF to 600 MHz. This is amazing, but equally incredible is its inherent stability while driving full power into a 65:1 mismatch! It can do all this at efficiencies well above 60%!

With about 100 watts of 6 meter input power, the 6M-1K2-NOPS Amplifiers are ready to provide a full 1,200 watts on your favorite mode; SSB, CW, and JT65A, FM and AM at 40% duty cycle.
