Sangean H201 Portable Radios
Sangean H201 portable radios allow you to enjoy your morning news, radio show, stock and financial news, or your local sports--in the SHOWER! Unlike other shower radios, most of which are just water-resistant, these Sangean H201s are built to the official JIS7 marine-waterproofing standard. These radios are submersible!
These extremely portable radios have ample audio that sounds great, excellent reception quality, and will run on two "D" cell batteries that will last a long time. Their push-button controls and waterproof speaker are impervious to any wet environment. Built with a sturdy white cabinet, they have five digital presets for each band (5 AM/5 FM). Because they are fully digital, you can easily lock in your favorite stations without relying on inaccurate dial tuning. Other great features include a sleep timer, nap timer, a built-in flashlight, battery level indicator, large LCD clock, emergency buzzer, and more.
These radios are submersible and meet JIS7 waterproofing standards that are equal to marine radios! They are so versatile that you can enjoy your radio programs while showering, take them on a fishing trip, or take one to the beach and never be afraid of water or sand damaging your radio. If you get caught in the rain, no problem. If you drop one off your boat while fishing, these radios float!
An easy-to-read LCD screen shows you station information and the time. The large, segment-style LCD screen is backlit to be easy to see, even across the room. PLL synthesized tuning provides exact, fade-free reception. Ten Memory Preset (5 AM/5 FM) station selections are available and easily visible in the large LCD display. Fill your presets with Auto Seek, which finds your strongest stations automatically.
The H201s feature a powerful, built-in LED flashlight for emergencies. The handy light is great for early-morning fishing trips, inclement weather during camping trips, and more. Be sure to order one of these Sangean H201 Portable Radios for yourself from DX Engineering.
