KD9SV Products RBOG Reversible Beverage-On-Ground Antenna Wire is an all new, non-polarized two-conductor cable specifically designed for Reversible Beverage On Ground antenna systems.
Unlike the old military surplus cable WD1A with steel strands that are known to rust, causing deterioration in receive performance, this RBOG Antenna Wire is THE superior alternative. Covered in a UV black waterproof polyethylene (PE) jacket, this cable is a non-twisted pair, black PE insulated, very flexible and highly conductive 20 AWG conductors that consist of 19-strands of 32 AWG tinned-copper. This non-polarized 20/2 cable may also be used for remote control and sensor applications.
SVP-SV-RBOGANTW is sold in the 200 ft. length specified as the maximum required for 160 meter RBOG. It is now available in 500 ft. and 1,000 ft. rolls for use on KD9SV Reversible Beverage Systems. RBOG Antenna Wire is the perfect choice for installation and upgrade of all KD9SV Products Reversible and Reversible Beverage-On-Ground antenna systems.
