DX Engineering TB300 Advanced Design Thrust Bearings

DX Engineering TB300 Advanced Design Thrust Bearings offer a major advance in mechanics that solve the issues with competing tower mast bearings that wear out too quickly They are specifically designed for a vertically mounted 1.5 to 2.0 inch OD tower mast installed for the efficient rotation of directional HF, VHF, UHF and SHF antennas.

Introduced in early 2021, the upgraded DX Engineering TB300 features high quality stainless steel ball bearings and stainless steel races that keep the bearings very clean. Compared with ANY OTHER thrust bearings, our TB300 thrust bearings are firm and strong with an ultra-low rotation resistance that has to be seen to be believed. These heavy-duty bearing assemblies are cast from high-strength zinc-aluminum alloy, precision machined and assembled to last for the life of the tower installation.

DX Engineering Thrust Bearings are 7 in. diameter overall and mate with tower bearing plates and accessory plates for ROHN or Amerite towers. DX Engineering TB300 thrust bearings mount directly to:

-DXE-AS455G DX Engineering Accessory Shelf for inside of ROHN 45G and 55G and Amerite 45 & 55

-Pre-drilled "Flat-Top" Tower Section models

ROHN BAS25G for top of a straight 25G Tower Sections (may be used on the top of combination model).
They may also be used on any Amerite Tower and accessory that corresponds to the ROHN part numbers listed above, including tower-top bearing shelves for AME-25, 45 and 55 series towers.

NOTE: Accessory Shelf models that fit inside of ROHN or Amerite 25G do not accommodate DX Engineering Thrust Bearings. These bearings are intended only for top mount on flat top 25G tower.

The DXE-TB300 Thrust Bearing, for up to 2 in. OD mast, is supplied complete with hardware. The three stainless steel mast capturing and centering hex head bolts are 3/8-16 x 1-1/2 in. long with stainless steel hex nuts. The mounting hardware, four (4) structural mounting bolts are 1/2-13 x 1-1/4 inch long, and the mounting hex nuts and washers are all galvanized. The TB300 accommodates a mast size range of 1.500 to 2.000 in. OD.
