The LDG Electronics QRP Pixie Balun Set was developed for QRP Enthusiasts and is a compact solution for matching and experimenting with a variety of antenna systems. Designed for up to 10 watts, this set includes two professionally built transformers:

• Transformer 1: Balanced/Unbalanced, Converts from BNC to parallel wire (~500 Ohms)

• Transformer 2: Balanced/Balanced, Converts from 500-Ohm twin lead to 5000-Ohm twin lead. The screw terminals are appropriately spaced for 300-Ohm twin lead.

Made from thick, high-quality materials, both boards are ideal for portable use and field experimentation. Whether you're setting up a dipole antenna directly behind the first 10:1 balun or feeding a more distant antenna via twin-lead and the second 10:1 Bal/Bal transformer, this kit offers flexibility.

Helpful construction tips and suggested wire lengths are printed on the back of each board—making them a perfect companion for weekend projects or lightweight SOTA/POTA operations.
