Unified Microsystems High-Side Driver Modules

Unified Microsystems High-Side Driver Modules, (HSD-9), are the easy way to adapt a BCD-10, BCD-14, or other low-side band switching decoder to a high-side antenna or filter switch. They provide nine channels of high-side relay control when used with low-side drivers.

Antenna switches are always either high-side or low-side switched. There are advantages to each, but it's a pain if your decoder and switch are different types. These HSD-9s are a convenient way to convert the BCD series or other decoders to high-side switching. Simply place an HSD-9 between the BCD-10 and your switch.

Note: Use of an HSD-9 REQUIRES a companion BCD-10 or BCD-14 Band Decoder/Antenna Selector Module or other low-side band-switching decoder.
