VE2DX Electronics SO2R 2X6 Remote Antenna Switches provide selection of any six antennas for connection to two radios, covering the frequency range of 1.8 to 54 MHz. Available in 24VDC or 12VDC relay versions, each provides a 12VDC line at the weatherproof unit for remote accessories. All control signals are RFI filtered as are all VE2DX Electronics printed circuit boards (PCB) with shielding on both sides. Each SO-239 (UHF female) antenna port features five relays to achieve a design with over 80db port isolation and full legal limit power handling. The simplicity of this 2X6 design allows the use of only 2 coax cables from the station to the tower. Both radio inputs have access to any of the unselected 6 antenna outputs.

VE2DX Electronics SO2R 2X6 Remote Antenna Switches may be controlled by third party switch consoles, station controllers and computer automation that supports two sets of 1 of 6 selection. A weatherproof chassis protects the electronics; units should be installed outdoors with connectors facing downward or inside a weatherized enclosure.

Pair two VE2DX Electronics SO2R switches back to back to serve an inline Bandpass Filter (BPF) system. Or a special double 2X6 switch shack distribution system can allow up to six radios select from six antennas.
