ERICO CADWELD ONE SHOT Wire to Ground Rod Clamps
ERICO CADWELD ONE SHOT Wire to Ground Rod Clamps produce a non-removable, permanent, exothermic connection to a ground rod that will not loosen, corrode or increase in resistance for the life of the installation. They are not clamps, but replace a clamp with a welded connection that thermally fuses the wire to the ground rod. ERICO Flint Ignitors
ERICO Flint Ignitors are used to ignite the starting material when making a traditional ERICO CADWELD connection or a LENTON CADWELD rebar connection. The ignitor allows you to start the CADWELD process safely and with positive results. ERICO Hammerlock Ground Clamps form an irreversible mechanical connection between the grounding conductor and the ground rod. Machined from highly conductive copper, the state-of-the-art Hammerlock makes a low-resistance connection designed to withstand ground fault currents, lightning transients—and will withstand the full current-carrying capacity of the conductor. ERICO CADWELD Exothermic Welding Materials
ERICO CADWELD exothermic welding materials are a mixture of copper oxide and aluminum, packaged by size, in plastic tubes. Each tube contains the starting material at the bottom of the plastic tube, with the weld metal on top. When emptied into a CADWELD mold, that places the starting material on the top. These welding materials are not explosive and are not subject to spontaneous ignition. Welding material containers are packaged in boxes along with a metal disk. Each weld application uses a disk to add metal to the weld.
