Moonraker SkyScan VHF/UHF Receive Antennas are wideband, omnidirectional discone style antennas that are vertically polarized. The RX frequency range is from 25-2000 MHz and is a good, all-around antenna for scanners and shortwave listening. A 4.921 in. magnetic base is included for stationary portable use on a vehicle and 13.123 ft. of RG-58 coax is installed on the base with a BNC male connector on the receiver end. Moonraker SWR-777 Digital Wattmeters provide information about the state of your antenna at a glance. A color display shows the forward power as well as the current SWR and battery voltage. The color display provides a number of display options that can provide up to the minute information as to the current state of your antenna system performance. Three LED lights provide visual indication of the SWR status: the left (yellow) LED is below 1.5:1, the middle (green) LED indicates an SWR between 1.5-2.5:1, and the right (red) LED indicates that the SWR is over 2.5:1; an audible alert can also be enabled. Three buttons also are featured on the front panel; these are used to change settings on the meter. Other configurable options allow the user to adjust the meter display if they have compared the readings of the meter with a calibrated meter.
