Yaesu FT-3185R VHF FM Mobile Transceivers
Yaesu FT-3185R VHF FM Mobile Transceivers are powerful mobile transceivers designed for the 2-meter amateur band, offering up to 85W of power with additional selectable power settings of 50W, 20W or 5W. They feature a large, aluminum heatsink for passive cooling. Essential features include CTCSS/DCS encode/decode, Automatic Power-Off (APO), Time-Out Timer (TOT), and Automatic Repeater Shift (ARS), making the FT-3185R a reliable choice for mobile 2-meter operation. Additional notable features of the FT-3185R, is Primary Memory Group Activity Monitor (PMG), and Custom Function List (CFL). The Primary Memory Group Activity Monitor (PMG) function can register up to 5 memory channels or VFO receive frequencies simply by pressing and holding the PMG key. Press the key to scan the registered frequencies and when a signal comes in on a channel other than the current channel, the transceiver will automatically receive that signal. The Custom Function List (CFL) can be personalized by registering frequently used functions (up to 9) from the 44 items of the Setup Menu. The functions may then be called up with one touch of the F-Menu key or easily selected with the DIAL knob. The FT-3185R transceiver offers enhanced audio quality with a built-in speaker delivering 3W of clear audio, specifically tuned for improved sound quality, and includes advanced features like the Super-DX function, which improves audio performance in noisy environments. Installation of the optional SPU-1 Audio Digital Signal Processing Unit (ASP) improves the audio quality of weak signals and expands the communication range (sold separately). Yaesu FTM-510DR C4FM Digital/FM Dual Band Mobile Transceivers are high-performance C4FM digital/FM 144/430 MHz dual-band mobile transceivers, offering 55W (VHF) and 50W (UHF) transmission power. As an advanced version of the FTM-500DR, it provides improved reception quality and enhanced user-friendliness with new features. The FTM-510DR includes the Super-DX feature but requires an optional SPU-1 board for ASP operation. All other basic and improved features are the same as the FTM-510DR ASP. Key Features: Super DX Function is available in both C4FM digital and FM analog modes, increases the sensitivity of the RF amplifier, improving the reception of weak signals. Optional ASP (Audio Digital Signal Processor) with the installation of the optional SPU-1 Board, ASP can be activated in FM analog mode. Digital signal processing filters out noise from FM signals, ensuring clearer audio reproduction. The ASP AUTO mode automatically activates this function when weak signals are detected. Yaesu FTDX-101 Series Transceiver Filter Options
Yaesu FTDX-101 Series Transceiver Filter Options include Roofing Filters designed specifically for the Yaesu FTDX-101D and the FTDX-101MP HF+50MHz Transceivers, and the VC Tune preselector for the SUB Receiver of the FTdx-101D. They are available only by special order with installation only by Yaesu. See the chart available at the "Documentation" link, which graphically shows different standard accessories and options, which are described here in the two following paragraphs for the two different transceivers: The Yaesu FTDX-101D has the VC Tune Preselector installed in the MAIN receiver and 12 kHz, 3 kHz and 600 Hz roofing filters installed in the MAIN and SUB receivers. A second VC Tune Preselector, VCT-101, is optional for the SUB receiver and four optional roofing filters, 300 Hz (XF-128CN and XF-129CN) and 1.2 kHz (XF-128SN and XF-129SN) for the MAIN and SUB receivers. All are available only by special order with installation only by Yaesu. The Yaesu FTDX-101MP has both VC Tune preselectors installed in the MAIN and SUB receivers. Roofing filters installed in the MAIN and SUB receivers are the 12 kHz, 3 kHz and 600 Hz, plus a 300 Hz filter is installed in only the MAIN receiver. Three optional roofing filters are available, the 300 Hz YSU-XF-129CN for the SUB receiver, and the 1.2 kHz YSU-XF-128SN for the MAIN and YSU-XF-129N for the SUB receivers, also only available by special order with installation by Yaesu.
