Radio Side Rails guard the front and rear panels whenever the radio is used for portable operations. They are made from high-strength, lightweight, impact-resistant black polymer. These robust rails function as front handles, flaring outward to maintain easy access to the controls. Their curved shape at the back panel makes it easier to slip the transceiver into a backpack, and they are ideal for POTA activations as well as casual portable activities.
