4O3A Power Genius XL HF/6M SO2R Amplifiers are solid-state amplifiers capable of delivering 1500W+ output across the 160-6M amateur bands, engineered for high-performance amateur radio use. The PGXL uses dual NXP MRF1K50H LDMOS transistors, each rated for 1.5 kW, providing high headroom, low IMD, and clean signal output. It is the only amplifier with true SO2R capability, offering 70 dB isolation between two inputs. The integrated MEffA™ algorithm dynamically adjusts DC voltage for optimal efficiency.
