These kits not only have the right tools to prepare RG-6 size cables, but also include 25 Universal Compression Connectors that now fit any RG6 from 60% braid to Quad Shield. No more color coded F connector types to worry about!

The included 25 count EX6XL type-F Universal Compression Connectors have a rugged metal body and heavy duty black plastic with a large tapered compression area that creates a redundant moisture-tight interface to the coaxial cable. They also feature complete, moisture-tight, circumferential triple-gasket and a compression sealing nut O-ring. These are direct replacements for all previous blue and purple F connectors. EX6XL connectors fit any RG6 from 60% braid to Quad Shield, including RG-6 and F-6 (DXE-F6 and DXE-6UF) and Quad Shield RG-6U (DXE-RG6UFQ and RG6UQ.
