Built on a sturdy square boom, they include an assembly tool along with spare bolts and aluminum tubing, with all components packaged in clearly labeled bags and each aluminum tube individually marked for fast, straightforward assembly. These antennas can be mounted on a mast or side mounted on towers and require a heavy duty rotator capable of supporting a large load.

A 3kW RF choke balun is included as standard equipment—an essential component that many manufacturers offer only as an optional upgrade. Momobeam RF Chokes are built using high quality, low loss, double shielded coaxial cable with a Teflon dielectric, combined with carefully selected ferrite material sleeved over the cable. Together, these elements create a high impedance path for RF, providing excellent isolation between the antenna and the coaxial feedline.
