You have saved me from some blunders. With your guidance I am now running a short piece of coax, to a new DX Engineering balun (BAL050-H10-AT) in to 203' (7 odd multiples) of 450 ohm ladder line. Thanks for your help - it seems to be working great. In fact, this morning I recommended to a friend of mine (fellow ham) that he do something similar and I strongly recommended he contact DX Engineering, and, that he acquire one of your baluns. I also have another balun from DX Engineering making my GAP vertical work better (I use it for PSK31). Good luck. Keep up the good work.
